Absent Parent Form

Every parent has a right to receive information about their child’s education and progress in school, whether the child lives with them or not. If your child has a parent who does not normally live with them, it is important that we have their contact details so that we can send the following information to them:
• Invitations to Parents Evenings • School Photographs • School Reports.
Please understand that it is our legal duty to provide this information even if your child does not have regular contact with the parent.
If any of this information changes it is your duty to inform school.
