Virtual Science

This week Arbi and Sanjel from 4D write about the VR science workshop that year 4 had today.

Today we had a VR headset workshop.  When we put the headsets on we had to look up for 3 seconds and when we looked back down we saw a frog.  It looked so real that we even tried to touch it! The frog jumped away onto a tree branch and we felt like we were actually there.  We also then saw information about the frog.  We also saw a snake that tried to catch the frog and a tiger who tried to catch a deer!  We learnt about the animals and whether they were reptiles, amphibians or mammals.  We also learnt about their skeletons.  We got to roam around with the headsets on and it was like we were actually in a museum and we could find out more information and press interactive buttons.  It was the most fun learning we have ever had!
