William FordC of E Junior School

Learning from Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, to work diligently, act generously and live at peace with everyone. Psalm 34:14 - Seek peace and pursue it.

From 1st September 2016, all parents are required to use our e-payment system to pay for dinner money. This can be done online at or at local shops which display the ParentPay logo. The school office will no longer accept cash or cheque payments. ParentPay will also be used for our breaktime tuck shop

Each child has a unique username and password. Parents who have two or more children at the school can merge the accounts after logging in. ParentPay will keep an electronic record of each payment which can be viewed later and no card details are stored on any part of the system to ensure security.

In-store payments using PayPoint

Parents who wish to pay using cash will need to take their original letter to a local store which displays the ParentPay logo. The store will scan the barcode on the letter to top up the account. Alternatively, our school office can issue parents with a plastic card which which contains this barcode. The first card is free of charge for parents but further cards will be charged at £1.50 each.
