William's Winter Wonderland 2025 brings festive joy to William Ford School
On Thursday evening, William Ford School was transformed into a magical festive setting for our much-loved Williams Winter Wonderland 2025 Christmas Bazaar, and what a wonderful evening it was.
From the moment children entered through falling snow, created by our snow machine, the excitement was clear to see. Families enjoyed a huge range of festive activities, including mini-games such as tossing the carrot into the reindeer’s trough, a human-run slot machine, higher or lower card games, and many more stalls packed with festive fun. There were opportunities to purchase Christmas cards, cakes, treats, balloons, and gifts, alongside face painting, festive photography and a busy raffle stall.
We were incredibly grateful for the generosity shown by our community and partners. Over 35 raffle prizes were donated, including a number of very high-value items. These included signed gifts from West Ham United, experiences linked to visits to Parliament, generous donations from Lakeside Shopping Centre including Flip Out, and prizes from Dagenham and Redbridge FC, among many others.
The event was filled with laughter, warmth and genuine Christmas cheer, and it was heart-warming to see so many families spending time together and supporting the school. A huge thank you goes to our staff, who once again went above and beyond, staying late to run stalls and activities and ensuring the event ran so smoothly. Your commitment and goodwill make evenings like this possible.
Thank you also to every parent, carer and pupil who attended, donated, bought tickets or simply came along to enjoy the atmosphere. The funds raised will directly support the school, and the sense of community created on the night was just as valuable.
