On Wednesday, Saffron Severn a Team GB gymnast, came to William Ford to get us moving in a fun circuit of exercises such as star jumps, scissor jumps, shoulder taps and squats. It was really fun to all be doing different exercises all at the same time! We also raised over £600 for PE equipment for our school through your kind sponsorship.
