This week, William Ford welcomed TJ Juttla from Lotus Recruitment, who grew up just ten minutes away in Goodmayes and returned to inspire the next generation. TJ spoke to our pupils about his career, his experience of ADHD, and why the things that make us different can become our greatest strengths.
