This week we welcomed Tony Tjonis, who taught our children about the world of project management. With so many building projects at William Ford over the years, from Lighthouse to the playground redevelopment and our new pupil kitchen, it was fascinating for pupils to learn what goes on behind the scenes to bring a project in on time and on budget.
In assembly, children tackled a brilliant practical challenge: what would it take to build the school a swimming pool? Lots of great thinking and even better ideas.
We're grateful to Tony for opening pupils' eyes to another career path, and for the reminder that clear communication and good teamwork matter in every walk of life.
