Prexit was the last production our Year 6 pupils will ever perform at William Ford, and what a way to go out. Through the eyes of the school's own staff, from headteacher to cook to site supervisor, the children looked back on their whole primary school journey with humour, heart and a genuine flair for the stage.

These photographs try to capture what made it so special: the songs, the dance moves, the comic timing, and the quieter moments where you could see just how far these children have come since Year 3. It was a proud, funny and, if we are honest, slightly emotional afternoon for all of us watching.

Congratulations to Year 6 on a brilliant production and on everything you have achieved here. And thank you to the Year 6 team and everyone who helped make it happen.
