This week William Ford was chosen by West Ham United Foundation to launch their campaign inspiring better futures for young people in disadvantaged communities.

Our pupils met West Ham United players Joel Veltman, Maximilian Kilman and Mads Hermansen, designed t-shirts that the players will wear at the training ground on Friday, and heard the players speak honestly about what they would have done if football hadn't worked out, from author and journalist to PE teacher and architect.

A brilliant, inspiring afternoon. Ambition really doesn't have a postcode.
