Filming for ITV Breakfast

Many of our parents may have been surprised on Tuesday morning to switch on their TVs and see Mr Huntingford live on Good Morning Britain talking about Ofsted.

William Ford is often chosen for media broadcasts – not only because we are passionate about education for all children across the country and want all schools to succeed, but also because of our bright, engaging environment here at school.

Although Mr Huntingford is used to doing media appearances, this was his first time on live TV, making it an especially memorable occasion. It was wonderful for our community to see William Ford represented on a national platform, celebrating all that makes our school special.

During the visit, producer Richard Gaisman was hugely impressed with what he saw – the warm, welcoming atmosphere, the energy of our pupils, and the wide range of opportunities on offer across our curriculum.

We are proud that William Ford once again had the chance to shine in the media, and we are confident it will not be the last time you see our school featured on television.
