We have designed and made our own moving toys in DT this week.  We first learned how cams can be used for toys with moving parts.  I found it very interesting especially how toys used to be in the past.  We all made different designs and made them very colourful. My design has fish and the pear-shaped cam that I made makes the fish move up and down.  I enjoyed making it especially as I am going to give it to someone special in my family as a present!
