As part of their Religious Education curriculum, our Year 6 pupils have been learning about the roles and responsibilities of religious leaders. To deepen their understanding, they had the opportunity to meet Pastor Chris Palmer, Associate Pastor at Emmanuel Community Church International.

Chris, who was previously a children’s pastor, kindly visited William Ford to speak about his role, his journey of faith, and what leadership looks like in a church community. The children prepared thoughtful questions in advance, and Chris answered each one with warmth, honesty, and clarity.

This visit helped bring the curriculum to life, offering pupils a personal perspective on faith and leadership. We’re grateful to Chris for taking the time to inspire our learners and to Jason for making the connection.
