Earlier this month, a group of pupils took part in a memorable residential at Trewern Outdoor Centre, where they travelled by train, planned and completed their own shopping, and took responsibility for their daily routines. They faced fears, supported one another, and developed independence through activities like gorge walking, mountain climbing, and cooking meals including pizzas in a wood fired oven. Despite challenges, they persevered and worked together, with each child achieving personal goals and reflecting proudly on their progress around the campfire on the final night.
