Year 5 had a fantastic time at the beginning of the week, as they arranged a Community Picnic at Dagenham Park. Lots and lots of parents joined us, with picnic blankets, snacks and ice lollies - the pupils played some games and we all had a lovely time, even in the extremely hot weather!
What a fantastic afternoon! Lots and lots of parents joined us for our Community Picnic, led and arranged by the Year 5 pupils. Despite the hot weather, we found some shaded areas and the pupils and parents really enjoyed laying down their picnic blankets, eating snacks and ice lollies and refreshing drinks! The pupils played some games and we wished we had more time at the end of it!
