Emily, from the local care home: Parkview, has just turned 100! In commemoration of this great feat, pupils and staff from William Ford made cards and some of the pupils went to present the cards, flowers and their birthday greetings to Emily! Emily was so excited to receive the gifts and cards and we all sang together! The pupils also shared some birthday cake with Emily and discussed what she worked as (a seamstress) and the war! We always love to visit Parkview care home and cannot wait to return for their Culture day!
